Stay consistent at home with our online program. Sharkk Fitness Online is designed to challenge you and improve your strength and conditioning with three simple tools: steel mace, kettle bell, and bodyweight.

This program includes instructional videos, warm ups, and daily workouts. The platform allows for easy communication between clients and coaches for feedback and instruction to ensure you get the most out of your work. 

Sharkk Fitness offers the online platform as a part of our monthly membership.
